Welcome! We have a charming, remodeled historic home! 2 brand-new bathrooms, a brand-new kitchen, and all the historic charm one could ask. Walk to town! Minimum 6 days booking, but we prefer a longer stay :) Leave your stuff in storage and breeze right in! We’re including everything in the home to make it feel…like Home! Located in walking distance to downtown Royal Oak near shops, restaurants, post office, etc. Short drive to Beaumont Hospital and Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. The space 2 bedrooms (one doubles as the media room)! 2 full baths, both brand-new remodeled. Kitchen is lovely, new, and spacious. Combo washer/dryer is located in the kitchen and great for smaller loads of laundry. One desk, plus a dining room table that can double as an additional workspace, a small living room, and dining room. The fireplace is non-functional — do not try to use. Guest access As a heads up, what’s NOT included: No garage or covered parking. Parking is included for 1 car in the driveway, and there is plenty of free street parking in front of the house for additional cars. No storage or basement access. Snow removal or salt services are not included, but all other utilities are. Electric, wifi, water, etc. Other things to note 6 nights minimum booking. April 29 is the last available date for the spring. Dogs and cats welcome! Our home will be available between Memorial Day and Fourth of July for a small fee in exchange for cat sitting. If you would like to stay during that time for a small fee (while watching our cats + home), please get in touch!
