The space This spacious yet cozy and welcoming 5 bedroom home is located on half an acre with a front porch, large back yard, new 2-tiered back deck with 7 person hot tub (guest has access), flower/vegetable/herb gardens and large fire pit patio. There is a private parking pad along the fence about 15 yard from the driveway available for 1 car. From the front door entry, the room is located directly up the stairs in an area of the 2nd floor that is private and set away from owner's room. We're located just 5 minutes from route 83, grocery store, restaurants, yoga, movies and more. A true oasis in York! And we have two of the world's friendliest cats! For hot tub rules for use: - Bathing suits required - Shower before entering - No lotions or perfumes - No alcohol - No exchange of bodily fluids - Time limit usage, 1 hour max. $250 fee if violated. Guest access Guest has access to their large private bedroom and private bathroom in the hall. Bathroom has a tub/shower and vanity with storage drawers/cabinet. In addition guest is welcome to use the outdoor areas including fire pit, porch, deck, and hot tub. Guest is welcome to use the refrigerator/micro/stove for quick meals in the kitchen. There is also a large open basement and upstairs open space for yoga/exercise/dance, etc. you can use. If we are not home to greet you, a key will be left in a lock box on the front porch. During your stay Guest can call or text owners (who will be on site during your stay), with any questions or requests.
