No other guests, outside of the agreed upon reservation, are allowed onto the property at anytime. There is no smoking allowed in our house. Parking is allowed on the driveway only- no street parking. The garage is off limits to guests. Quiet hours are 9PM-7AM- quiet includes all areas. Absolutely no parties are allowed. If you break the rules you will be told to leave immediately, will receive no refund, and if you do anything illegal the police will promptly be called.
