The Gate House is located at the north entrance of our 200 acre private equestrian estate. There are acres of fields and walking trails available. The farm is home to many birds and wildlife. Visit the horses who love people and carrots! Take a bottle of wine and cheese and enjoy the serene surroundings or a beautiful sunset. If the fresh air tires you out relax in the screened in porch or by the outdoor firepit. The space The interior of the gate house is spectacular. It is a complete rebuild so everything is brand new. The open concept design has high ceilings, large windows displaying stain glass instead of curtains to let the colorful light in. The chefs kitchen has custom cabinetry and beautiful tile that captures the color of the cabinets. It is fully stocked with everything needed to cook at home. The island is expansive and custom made from black walnut and cherry designed and built by Scott Winter your host. In addition there is a cherry dining table also created by Scott. There is a large assortment of eclectic artwork and furnishings. The open space is warm and inviting. On a cold night sit in the large leather chairs and enjoy the fireplace. You can also spin some vintage vinyl records and dance the night away. So fun! When the evening is over head to the beautiful bedroom equipped with a king size sleep number bed. The linens are soft and luxurious and are sure to give you a good nights sleep. The bathroom has custom tile in the large shower and a soaking tub with a unique chandler above. Not only will you enjoy the inside of this home, but there is a screened in porch. There is a private yard with a firepit perfect for roasting marshmallows, gazing up at the stars and listening to the night owls.
