Our recently renovated ground floor studio condo is located in the Torres complex in the Las Palmas residential area of Playas del Coco. The complex has a swimming pool, security guard, laundry facilities, lots of parking and a rancho. The condo is located 200 m from the ocean. Restaurants, a coffee shop and a small supermarket are located behind the complex. Other amenities are just down the road. It's a ten minutes walk to town, where you'll find more shops, restaurants and nightlife. The space Our condo is one of the few that has a seating area outside our front door. There is a small bistro set there for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in the shade. We provide chairs for you to take to the pool. We have a double bed and a single trundle bed - perfect for three guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are towels and bedding for your use. The condo has Wifi. Guest access We are located close to shops, restaurants and amenities. Parking is not an issue at the condo complex. Other things to note Our unit is located close to the parking lot, on the ground floor. There are no stairs inside or outside. If there are any mobility issues, it's easily accessible for everyone. The local roads around our condo are paved.
