This apartment sits on the second and third floors of a colorful craftsman building that also houses Vita's Restaurant and artist studios. The deck looks out on Lopez village with water and sunset views. Bike rental, art galleries, groceries, a seasonal farmers market, and Holly B's Bakery are all a short walk away. Vita's also hosts live music on its patio twice a week June through August. The music is eclectic and fun but please note it can get loud in the apartment during the performances. The space The kitchen, living, and bathroom sit on the first level of the apartment. The living room has a full-size memory foam futon couch. A bedroom with queen bed and desk sits on the second level of the apartment, accessible by a small spiral staircase. Guest access Guests may use all parts of the apartment and deck. The garden below and to the side of the deck is not for guest use. Other things to note 30-night minimum rental period (you will have keys and are welcome to come and go as you please). No pets or smoking permitted. Street parking only.
