High-quality linens, blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, sound machines, and power strips with USB ports are just a few of the features that await you. A pack n play, infant tub, and audio monitors are here for your little one. Getting ready for the day's adventures will be a breeze. On the second floor, two rooms have a full bathroom with a bathtub to share and the master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a shower. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor off the kitchen/dining area. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The large kitchen is fully-equipped with all the cookware, dishes, utensils and basic spices you will need, even for young children. There is a spacious island where you can craft delicious meals together before gathering around the large dining table that can seat up to 10. Three additional stools are available for the ample counter space. The stairs are padded and carpeted and has a handrail. Please take caution when going up and down to avoid accidents. - The property is not fully fenced. Do not leave your children or service animal unattended. - The basement is unfinished but has ample heat/air. It is set up as a game room for you to enjoy. The infrared sauna is in that space as well. - Getting to the beach in the neighborhood requires navigating a few flights of stairs (see photos) and the sand/water area is only accessible during early summer. BOOK NOW and let us take care of you at Norton Nook! ☆☆ OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE ☆☆ * Must be at least 25 years old to book & must stay for the duration * Must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking * No parties * No smoking/vaping inside the house * No illegal substances and activities. * Guests shall keep the exterior camera on the Ring doorbell unobstructed during their visit. * Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. * Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am. Please be mindful of our sweet neighbors who are full time residents. A noise & smoke monitoring device both inside and outside will inform us if noise levels exceed those allowed by the city or cigarette / pot or vaping is present inside the house. These do not record audio, they simply detect decibel levels and cigarette or vaping smoke. We ask that you keep outdoor music family friendly and at appropriate levels as to not disrupt peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Everyone should be indoors by 10pm. * Food or grocery delivery is allowed during your stay. No other packages or letters may be delivered to the property before, during, or after your stay. We are not able to guarantee shipment to you after your stay. We will not be responsible for any case of theft or loss of items delivered to the house. * Accurate guest count: Please make sure to accurately share the number of adults, kids, and service/emotional animals that will be staying at the property when you book. This number sets the limit for how many people can be on the property at any time, including visitors and kids. If you plan to have more guests than listed, you’ll need to get approval from your host. Otherwise, you could be asked to leave without any refund and/or an additional fee of $100 per unaccounted person/animal per night will apply. * Guest agrees to report any issues of dissatisfaction to host immediately but no later than 24 hours after discovery. * No confetti, glitter, pinatas, spray tan/lotion or fireworks are allowed anywhere on the premises or grounds. * Guest agrees to adhere to all house rules or instructions issued by the host through any means of communication, including but not limited to messages, email correspondence, property listings, welcome books, information books, or any other form of communication received by the guest. * For extended stays: To maintain our high standards, we arrange a professional cleaning by our team every 4 weeks and an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be added each month for this service. SERVICE ANIMALS Service & emotional support animals must be disclosed within 24 hours of booking. Service & emotional support animals shall never be left behind without the owner. Evidence that the animals were left behind will result in a pet fee of $150 being charged per pet per occurrence. EXTERIOR CAMERA Your safety matters. There is a Ring camera/doorbell at the front exterior of the house that is motion activated and records audio and video of the front yard, driveway and the street. This may be used to verify occupancy/number of guests as well as security of the guests and the property. This will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces. For your safety, guests shall leave this uncovered at all times. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except 2 supply closets that are locked, one on each floor, and the area underneath the basement stairs which is sectioned off.
