This recently renovated Studio apartment is in Ocean Beach, California and has a small private fenced in dog friendly yard. We're conveniently located about two blocks from the ocean/sand. We are on the North side of OB near Robb Field and the San Diego River channel. Dog Beach, one of the few San Diego's few beaches that allows dogs 24/7 365 days a year, is just a few minutes walk away. There are tons of bars, restaurants, coffee carts, and shops all within walking distance. The space This is a gated property with one other (like this one) opening into a private fenced off patio. The place is recently remodeled with faux granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and gated back patio. Please note that it is street parking only.
