Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations. ★ TRAMPOLINE NOTE ★ Please note that the trampoline and any area beyond our property line belong to our neighbor and are private property. Using our neighbor’s facilities or crossing the property line is considered trespassing and may result in police involvement and immediate cancellation of your reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, kindly avoid crossing the line or entering our neighbor’s property. ★ BOAT DOCK ★ For safety and monitoring purposes, please be aware that we have one camera positioned facing the boat dock on the property. ★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★ The Short-Term Rental Permit Number for this house is STR2024-3511 issued by the City of Rockwall. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
