This home is centrally located to EVERYTHING. The room is 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh, Crabtree Mall, Towncenter Mall, bowling, museums, and movie theaters. Within one mile are grocery stores, restaurants, a gym, and walking trails. If you want to check the distance, you can refer to a supermarket that is a short drive from the house: Target: 1000 Shoppes at Midway Dr., Knightdale, NC 27445. The room has a queen-sized bed, a 42-inch Smart TV, a nightstand, a dresser, and two lamps. Very spacious and quiet. 2 bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom and a loft living room. WASHER/DRYER Laundry and drying are not allowed after 9 pm. Do not wash or dry large items. The washer and dryers are family-style, and large items cannot bear the weight which may cause damage. KITCHEN Please keep the kitchen neat and clean after each use. Do not leave dishes in the sink overnight. COFFEE/TEA A Keurig is provided. QUIET HOURS 9 AM – 9 PM CLEANING Keep the house clean and tidy. Let everyone have a comfortable environment. After using the items in the public areas, please return them to their original place. SMOKING No smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted in the front yard; however, please extinguish them before throwing them in the trash to keep everyone safe and the area free of trash.
