This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen size beds, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin-over-twin beds, a smart TV, and patio access. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. • Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key. • Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.
