Steps away from the beach! Located in the desirable Oak Grove Beach, this lovely 2-bedroom brick ranch is the finest of Niantic and welcomes up to 4 guests. Elegant coastal living, with a private beach, makes it ideal for year-round vacations. If your party is more than 4, please text us to make arrangements. Quiet neighborhood, and there are many biking destinations, a boardwalk nearby (1.5 mi), and parks. Thank you. Guest access You have the entire house and shed at your disposal. The water heater is in one of the two closets; the other is used for supplies. Using those areas requires discretion. Much appreciated. The Oak Grove Beach Board requires that you display your beach pass while at the beach. Kindly return the pass. If you misplace your beach pass, please notify us immediately; we reserve the right to charge you $100 to obtain a replacement. Other things to note You may keep two bicycles in the shed away from the elements! 🙂 If the space allows, you can store anything! After four guests, each is charged $149 per night.
