Completed in 2023, this beautiful home has all the amenities for entertaining. It features a large, open kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for hosting. Additional perks include a coffee pot that has both options of a full drip pot or K-cup single brews. A toaster, a crockpot, and an air fryer are both available for easy vacation meal prep. There is an outdoor patio area perfect for happy hour and morning coffee. The garage is loaded with all the beach toys you need, including six chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon. Plenty of board games and books are provided to keep you busy while at home or in town. Of course, smoke alarms are equipped in each room, along with a first aid kit, as well as fire extinguishers in the kitchen. Things to Know Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
