What to expect in our apartment and in the residence: You can either access our apartment by elevator or via the staircase. Guest parking spaces are available directly at the house for you. - 2 bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds and bedding covered with cotton satin sheets, walk in wardrobe, flat-screen TV, safe(these will be prepared for you depending on the number of people) - 2 bathrooms each adjoining the bedrooms or 1 ensuite, with floor-to-ceiling shower, toilet, hair dryer, hand soap, towels, toilet paper as well as 1 separate toilet - entrance area with wardrobe and large mirror - Kitchen-living room: 1 couch with coffee table and flat-screen TV, Dining table for 6, kitchen with dishes, pots, Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, glasses, cutlery, dish towel - Balcony over the entire length of the apartment with 3 entrances, each from the 2 bedrooms and 1 access from the kitchen-living room, equipped with 2 lounger/cuddle corners, 1 small dining table and benches Wellness area of the residence: Sauna area: - 1 organic sauna and 1 Finnish sauna, - 1 infrared cabin with 2 seats - Relaxation room with loungers and access to the outdoor terrace - Shower area Swimming pool area: - year-round heated indoor infinity pool - Sunbathing area with access to the outdoor terrace - Shower area - 2 WCs - 2 changing rooms Ski/bike room: - Ski heating and ski stands - Bicycle/e-bike parking with charging facilities The bus stop is right next to the residence. The guest bus runs you free of charge(you must show your digital guest card) directly to the Zugspitz Arena. With 56 cable cars, you get great sports and leisure activities all year round. Both for skiing, hiking, climbing, biking in all levels of difficulty. The location of our apartment is beautiful. Located directly on the golf course, you have the opportunity to live out your passion for golf in the middle of the imposing backdrop of the Zugspitze. Guest access With your keycard you have access - to your apartment - to the wellness area with indoor pool, saunas, infrared cabin, outdoor terrace(only in the summer months) - Ski/bike room - Garbage room Other things to note Our apartment is otherwise equipped, unlike the other apartments in the house. We therefore do not ask our towels, dishes, etc., to take or leave them in other areas or apartments, as in the worst case we no longer come back at all or only very cumbersome. Thank you for this.
