Relax with your whole family, your significant other, or just yourself in our Cozy Nook. The atmosphere is cozy, serene, and private.. A one minute drive to the heart of Julian. A deck to enjoy the breath-taking mountain views. If wanted, housekeeping will come in daily to clean, change the bedding, and give you clean towels. We are committed in making your stay with us relaxing and memorable. Come Relax and Enjoy The space The home is a guest house that is attached to my home, but with its own entrance. It has its own free parking, enough space for two cars There is one bedroom with a king size bed and in the living room the couch pulls out into a full size sleeper. There is a twin size air mattress as well. There is a pack and play crib with a changing table attachment. Guest access Guests can use most of the two acres to walk and explore. You have a deck and small fenced in area for those who have pets. Other things to note In the Cozy Nook Manual is on the coffee table, please take a few minutes and read it. It has the rules of the house and also helpful information in it. Also there is a section to leave comments or concerns in. I do ask that when booking or the day of the reservation you message me with an eta so that I know when to look for you
