Maximum of two pets allowed and must receive approval by owner. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property including cabin, fenced in yard, and patio. Street parking is available for up to three cars. Other things to note Maximum of 3 cars. Maximum of 5 guests. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, and no more than 2 pets total. No parties, events, etc. Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside in the yard. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home. No fires allowed on the property. Violations of this policy may result in fines up to $1,000.
