We are on the North side of OB near Robb Field and the San Diego River channel. Dog Beach, one of the few San Diego's few beaches that allows dogs 24/7 365 days a year, is just a few minutes walk away. There are tons of bars, restaurants, coffee carts, and shops all within walking distance. The space Newly remodeled with faux granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and gated back patio. Please note that it is street parking only.
