Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The wood-burning fireplace in the basement is not for guest use. The wood stove in the living room is okay for guest use if they're familiar with how to operate one. There is an apartment over the garage that can be occupied by another party at times. They will also be using the driveway, but will not be using any outdoor amenities. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
