Perfect for walk in swimming or fishing. Two picnic tables one for eating on the beach and one off side porch. Enjoy watching your family swim from swing , lawn or deck. End your evening with telling stories from the day sitting around a beautiful fire pit at the waters edge. The space Our home is immaculate 4 bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths that sits on a quiet cove on South Twin Lake. Being lakefront and at camp has never been so comfortable with gorgeous views from your upper level kitchen and living room/Master bedroom and lower level living room. Master bedroom has walk in closet and private bath with beautiful views of the lake at your feet with a private sitting porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Two bedrooms and two baths are located on upper level with kitchen and living room. A cozy work space should you need to check in at the office during your stay is tucked away between two bedrooms. Washer and dryer are located on upper level for you to toss your towels at the end of the day. Each bathroom is stocked with towels and wash clothes for you during your stay. There is a gas grill off side porch for guest to use along with a round picnic table with umbrella. Wi-Fi is available for guest to get connected and to watch movies or favorite shows on one of two large flat screen TV. Or you can bring your own DVD for family favorites. Children have lots of space to play. A spiral staircase leads you down to the lower level with two additional bedrooms and large bathroom. Even on a windy day you are tucked in a cove that protects you from the winds from Mount Katahdin. Guest access The entire home is yours to use during your stay. The dock can be used to park your boat or jet-ski. There is a two car garage that is private and not open to guest unless special request have been made prior to your stay. Four fire side chairs are available to use. Bedding is provided along with bath towels/washcloths. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Washer and dryer are for use for guest during longer stays to wash towels should you run out of clean towels. We do have three kayaks and one paddle board for guest use. Life vest must be worn at all times when using kayaks and paddleboard. Other things to note Bring water shoes as our beach is not fine sand and can get taxing on bare feet. Cell Service can be finicky unless you are tied in to Wi-fi calling or standing on the dock to make calls. Security camera are placed in common areas and door entrances. Do not unplug or manipulate our security system. We are a smoke/pet free home.
