This villa has 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a stunning view of the sea along with the nature of the garden, which will take away part of your heart. The villa is fully equipped with appliances, we have a grill outside where you can enjoy with your family and have an unforgettable experience together. Use of electricity: On the island, electricity costs are high, so most rentals charge separately for it. The rental rate includes a daily allowance of 85 kWh. If you exceed this limit, you will incur an additional fee based on your excess consumption. Meter readings will be conducted upon arrival and departure. To minimize electricity usage, use the AC only when necessary and remember to switch off fans and lights when they are not in use. Guest access The entry registration is very easy to access, the security guards at the entrance of Palmetto Bay community will take your information which will already be provided by us, and will show you the way around, we also will send you directions.
