This stylish studio features a comfortable double bed and a convenient sofa bed in the living area, perfect for solo adventurers or couples. Guest access If you require an early check-in or need to drop off your luggage before the standard check-in time, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance. We're here to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note We have a device that detects indoor climate, crow detect, loud noises, and smoke. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in following these rules: 1. Temperature must not exceed 23°C 2. Loud noises are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (partys are not allow at any moment) 3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises 4. Prostitution is forbidden Any of these inappropriate behaviors will result in a financial penalty. If repeated, the person will be expelled from the apartment without the right to a refund.
