Good things come in small packages. Sugar City Tiny Home is just that....affordable, cozy, clean, and brand new. Approximately 80 miles to West Yellowstone and Jackson Hole WY. You can enjoy local BYU-I campus, a weekend getaway, a girls' night out, or sightseeing. It's a cozy place just for two. Book today and enjoy your stay! The space The home is 390 sq ft with one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchen, and a family room that blends together. The vaulted ceiling give it a spacious feeling. There is available space just off the side of the road to park a dirt bike, side-by-side, mt. bike or toy hauler. Guest access The entire tiny home is for guests to use except for the loft. The loft does not have proper safety railing. Other things to note Our personal home sits on 12 acres, and the tiny home is located in the southeast corner of the property. It is fairly private with a row of trees on one side and a privacy fence on the other side. From the front porch, the view is a peaceful farmer's field, and in the distance is the Teton Mt. range.
