Kitchen offers full refrigerator, propane stove with oven, microwave, coffee pot, and staples including dishes, glassware, etc. Stackable washer/dryer available for your use. Bathroom includes vanity, toilet and shower (no tub), with an outdoor hose available to spray off post-beach. Outdoor table on the deck seats four, with four Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit in the yard. Beach supplies including two beach chairs, a wagon, and children's toys are available for your enjoyment. This townhome is set back from the road with a long, well-maintained dirt driveway. It includes two free parking spots in front of the unit. Walk up the deck to the front door. Guest access Access the townhome through the front door via the deck entrance. Private back yard and full townhome unit available for your use. Key access is across from the door in a lock box on the porch. Other things to note Old Orchard Beach features the Downeast Amtrak train running through the entire town. As such, you may hear train sounds from the unit, which is about a quarter mile from the tracks.
