The space Mullins Reef has an open plan concept on the ground floor where the dining and living rooms areas open onto the patio via two six foot sliding glass doors. With the patio located on the beach side of the property, there is much room available for house guests to enjoy a casual meal whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner; private sunbathing or lounging while enjoying a sun downer in one hand and a book or device in the other. The living room is fully air conditioned and contains a 55” Smart TV with cable channels available. The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and other essentials to make your stay feel just like home. Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor and fully air conditioned. This bedroom contains a double bed, closet and desk should you need a moment to take a virtual meeting or complete a work task. This bedroom is serviced by a bathroom on the ground floor. Mullins Reef was recently renovated and boasts of all new modern appliances large and small. The fridge has an ice maker, water and ice dispenser. The property is equipped with three smart TVs.
