Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The three-season porch is not heated, and no space heater is available. The dock is available seasonally. One side is for owner use only and has a covered boat area. One side is open and available for guests to moor kayaks, small boats, or swim. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
