The large AC unit is efficient enough to climatize the entire apartment, and the space flows seamlessly into the open plan kitchen. Kitchen: This fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, washer, oven, stove, extractor, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6.
