Things to Note: If some in your group don't handle stairs well, they can stay in the guest quarters and also hang out in the sunroom. The interior stairs in the cabin can trip a person up if they are unsteady or distracted. The top step is more shallow than the rest of the stairs. If you have small children, please take note of the interior cabin railings to consider whether or not they would be safe enough for your family. You will also want to consider the possibility of them getting burnt on the wood burning stove. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. ID verification required via Superhog. Please reach out to let us know how you plan to use the property. Please note that there is limited parking. You might be able to park up to 7 vehicles. It depends on their size and how they are parked. See pictures to learn more. Guest access Guests will have access to the cabin, sunroom, guest quarters and the grassy areas of the yard but not beyond that. Areas that have been locked off (closets, basement, lean-to and garage) are private. We also ask that you do not enter the wood shed near the apartment. Other things to note We want to make sure our guests are comfortable during their stay. One of the ways we do this is by including a damage waiver (though a guest may choose a security deposit instead) in the reservation package. Accidents happen but we don't want the fear of having to make things right financially to weigh on our guests when they should be enjoying their stay. The damage waiver is managed by Superhog and they require ID verification as part of their process. After your reservation request is accepted you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete the process within 72 hours of your reservation being accepted to avoid cancelation. After completing the ID verification, you will also be given the choice between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver up to $500 or you can choose a security deposit of $500 (the handling fee for the security deposit is $10). Any visitors you may have during your stay must be pre-approved prior to making your reservation. Fees may apply. There is limited parking. Pet fee is $25 per pet per day. Longer stays may be less. Please inquire.
