This completely remodeled 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on nearly 1 acre of land less than 10 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor is the perfect place to host a larger group of up to 16 guests when you need to be close to town. 3 bedrooms with king sized beds, one with enough bunkbeds to sleep 6 kids (or smaller adults), another with a queen bed and a comfy convertible queen sofa in a sixth private area in the home give you the space you need. A big dining room makes this a great spot to gather. The space Enjoy a completely remodeled and newly furnished home with enough space for multiple families just minutes from downtown Ann Arbor! This house was gutted and completely remodeled in 2023 and we purchased it as a full-time AirBnB rental. We're experienced SuperHosts and travelers, and have designed this space with guest experience in mind. With comfortable sleeping arrangements across 6 unique spaces, including 3 king sized beds, you can enjoy time together while also having the privacy you need. The house has two big-screen Samsung TVs equipped with Roku TV so you can stream whatever service you want. The dining room features an extra long 14 foot table that can comfortably seat 14 guests, and also a big-screen TV. We have taken care to make sure that the kitchen is equipped with every possible necessity you'll need to cook a good meal. We provide spices, cooking oil and coffee/tea so you only need to buy groceries. We also have hairdryers in each bathroom makeup towels, bedside lamps with USB charging outlets and many other small details that we think travelers like us appreciate when staying at an AirBnB. The house sits on a corner lot with a big yard in a quiet neighborhood less than a quarter of a mile off a main road with quick and easy access to downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan Stadium and both M-14 and I-94. This house will be equipped with an outdoor eating space once spring comes, and we will also be paving the driveway. In the basement, there is a full sized washer and dryer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space except for 2 locked closets in hallways where we keep cleaning supplies and extra linens. Other things to note Please note that this house and all the houses in this neighborhood are serviced by dirt roads. It is approximately a 1/10 of a mile drive from the nearest main paved road (Dexter Ann Arbor Rd). Also, please note that as of this writing 2/1/24, the driveway is also a gravel driveway. As soon as the weather is warm enough, we will be paving it with asphalt (like in May 2024). There is enough space in the driveway to easily park 4 vehicles. When it is paved, it should accommodate up to 6 vehicles. There is a garage with space to accommodate one vehicle, although large vehicles (like a Ford Expedition) cannot fit inside due to its height.
