Kick off your shoes, grab a drink and enjoy the palm view (our condo’s namesake!) of this beautiful garden unit. In the evening, head to the spacious sundeck or grab a chair and watch one of SK’s popular sunsets at the ocean’s edge. Our 2 bed/2 bath condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the west end of building 1 and can be quickly accessed via the stairs or the elevator. The pool and beach are both only a short walk away. It features a king bed in the master, with 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and newer appliances. We constantly strive to improve... we fix the thing that is broken, replace the things that are missing, and refresh the things that are dated... In 2021 and 2022 we replaced all furniture in the king suite, lanai, living room, and dining room. Additional information: Security deposit, ID verification, and signed rental agreement are all required. HURRICANES / STORMS: We do our best to work with guests in the event of a named-storm. As a general rule we will only refund or allow a date change if there is; 1) A named Hurricane is directly impacting our property (I.e. We are in the 5-Day NHC “National Hurricane Center” Warning Cone) and where; 2) Local authorities have issued a voluntary evacuation order for our area. Guest access Guests will check-in at the Siesta Dunes rental desk to wristbands (if needed) and security gate remote.
