Other things to note We will need the guest & vehicle information in advance prior to check-in. A follow-up notification on this will be sent upon your booking. ***Please note that the community may charge a $35 late admin fee for any bookings made within 3 days of check-in. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. Washer/Dryer available for use - laundry detergent/ fabric softener provided FREE access to community amenities: Outdoor pools, lakes, swimming beach, playgrounds, dog park, tennis, volleyball/basketball Courts, and soccer/baseball fields The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend ONLY (8 amenity badges provided at no extra charge) Please bring your own pool towels since this is not provided in the pool/lake areas. **Please adhere to the speed limit (25 mph), tickets will be issued for exceeding speed limit.
