The Comfort Corner is a welcoming 4 bedroom, 2 bath single story home that sleeps up to 10 (3 beds, 2 air mattresses, and a large leather sectional that sleeps two). Contactless entry, self-checkin, and smart home features are controllable by Alexa. Guests have access to the ENTIRE living space, driveway, and backyard. Fully stocked kitchen, including a washer and dryer. Located 5 minutes from Elvis Presley’s Graceland, 10 miles from Downtown Beale St., and 9 minutes from the Memphis airport. The space The main bedroom is very large and has a large walk-in closet. It also included a queen-size air mattress that can be used. This room does not include a bathroom. The bathroom is outside of the room in the hall. The bathrooms have rain showers that will help you relax, release, and, if not careful, leave cooler water for the next person showering. They also have lighted mirrors. The fourth bedroom/office has a twin-sized air mattress that can be used if desired. The other two bedrooms are cozy as well. All of the bedrooms have very comfortable and relaxing mattresses. The sectional is very comfortable and can sleep two people. Guest access We want our guests to have a five-star experience. Guests have access to the entire house except for the doors with signage stating, " For staff only". There is also private parking in the driveway and behind the wood fence. Guests may park on the concrete and grass area in that parking area. The home has video Cameras only on the exterior of the home that are located on the front door and on sides and back of the house. There are absolutely no cameras located on the inside of the house. Other things to note This stylish and comfortable vacation home and short term rental is located in the Prospect Park neighborhood and is minutes away from the Pine Hill golf course. The home is centrally located and close to the express way, allowing the guest to get to most places in Memphis in 30 minutes or less. This home is less than 5 miles from Elvis Presley's Graceland and 9 miles from the Memphis airport. It is also less than 10 minutes from downtown Memphis and Beale Street, BB Kings, and many other nightlife, clubs, restaurants, and entertainment. It is located less than 7 minutes from and near Methodist North and South hospitals. The Comfort Corner is a family vacation, Child-Friendly, and Kid-Friendly home.
