Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue. ★ PARKING ★ 1 reserved parking spot in a private lot directly in front of the building's entrance, exclusively for your use. Pets are allowed depending on size. Please be upfront about bringing a pet or else you will be canceled. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies : $50 per pet, per stay. This fee must be paid before you will be given access to the unit. There is a 1 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles. Early Check is $25 an hour and late check out is $25 hour (YOU MUST REQUEST THIS AND PAY UPFRONT.) If you checkout past 11AM without letting us know we will charge $50 an hour. It is not possible to fully accommodate every early check in and late check out. This varies on our cleaning crew's schedule. Thank you for understanding.
