The side sliding door will be open for initial access and a key will be left for the guest on the kitchen counter. Check out procedure is to leave key on the counter. Other things to note Water source is well. It is fine for showering, dishes and washing hands. I do not drink the water and I do provide guests with distilled and/or spring water supply for the duration of their stay.
