Lost of key or card, RM 100 will be charge as replacement fee. * Airbnb mean to be home not hotel, so we have one family to reply and assist you before and during the stay. * Take note that hair, body shampoo, toilet roll, towels will be provided but you may need to bring your own toiletries (skin care, toothpaste etc). =) * Please wear proper swimming suit for the swimming pool. * Please lower your volume after 11pm. Due to the condo is link with a shopping mall, so there is no residential parking. While, there are plenty of yellow parking box in front the Island Plaza Coffee Bean, but you will have to purchase the parking coupon from any 7-11. Furthermore there are some yellow box car park around the building as well that is counted per entry, weekend 2.50 per entry and weekday 2.00 per entry. Lastly, you can park at the basement carpark as well and the rate is 1.00 per hour and 10.00 per night(it starts count after 5pm) .
