Guest access All parts of the home are accessible with the exception of one linen closet. Other things to note Dear Guests, Please find below some helpful info regarding our home. Airbnb has a very strict NO PARTY policy. The max number of guests on the property is 12. Additional guests (not on the reservation) must receive prior authorization from host before visiting. Thank you. Please do not feed/pet horses or enter the fenced off pastures. Horses can bite or kick without warning. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. They terrify the horses. They run in fright and break through fences, injure themselves and escape. Fireworks have caught the pasture on fire as well. Please do not alter the pool equipment. If there is an issue (i.e. filter, timer, vacuum etc) please call the owner. Taking the vacuum out of the pool causes the motor to run dry and burn out. There is a $35 fee per night for more than 10 guests. An extra bed, sheets, blankets, towels, as well as additional toiletries, will be provided for the additional guests.
