There is a shared main entrance with a private entrance upstairs to your unit. We use digital WiFi locks with custom pin codes for each guest so your are safe and secure. The unit is situated upstairs, there are no shared walls with the other units and no other units above you so it is peaceful and quiet with windows on two sides. The other two units in the building have longer term renters who are polite and respectful. The studio has 1 bedroom with a full size bed, large closet, dresser and built-in storage with two large windows. The bathroom was fully gutted and remodeled in Jan 2023 with a new tile shower, luxury vinyl plank flooring, toilet and vanity. Even though this is a smaller studio style unit, there is a lot of storage available. There are 2 larger closets and 1 walk-in closet that also serves as an office space. The backyard is a great place to let pets outside and there is a nearby park about 10 mins walk away as well as a lake and several trails for walking, running and biking. Guest access You'll have complete access to the private apartment unit. The main entrance is shared with other tenants, but each unit has it's own private entrance. You will have your own custom pin code to get in for security. Other things to note We specialize in monthly furnished rentals for people in transition.
