The guest's Airbnb profile photo must show the face of the guest booking the condo. We reserve the right to refuse a booking if the Airbnb profile photo doesn't show a picture of the guest or if the guest profile photo is missing. 2). FULL DISCLOSURE - We want to stress that this is a quiet and peaceful Duplex building - and the occupants in the other homes are primarily the owners. If you are inclined to be loud, up late , and want to continue the party after returning from the nightclubs at 2:00AM - this is NOT the place for you. WARNING - Some owners in the neighborhood WILL call the police for excess noise or other disturbances. We will require that you vacate the condo immediately if the police are called and/or if we receive complaints about noise or other issues that are in violation of our house rules.
