Both will be handed to you by the security at the gate on check-in and should be returned to the security at the gate when checking out. The security guards will direct you to the entrance of the building, where the apartment is accessible by lift. Other things to note Because I work out of the country and travel a lot, my cousin Fatma is available on the number provided to assist you at anytime while staying with us. Other things to note: - The gas cylinder is located in the bottom left cupboard under the cooker in the kitchen. If gas isn't flowing at the cooker, check the cylinder knob to make sure it is facing upwards (open). If it is horizontal (off), press the clip and turn it clockwise to open the gas flow. Please be careful while using the gas cylinder - avoid using your cellphone too close to the cylinder and open the kitchen window and door while using it to make sure there is good air circulation. - The water heater is in the open laundry area next to the kitchen. Switch the socket on and give it 10mins for hot water to flow. Please switch off when not in use. - We have many card and boardgames in the coffee table compartments for your entertainment as a couple or family.. open the coffee table compartments by pressing the compartment to have access to the games. - The TV is linked to the apartment WiFi... feel free to access YouTube or the numerous movies available on the TV menu. - Please remember to ALWAYS carry your key and smart card when leaving the apartment. You will not be able to access the apartment from outside without your key. In case you lose your key or leave it in the apartment when stepping out, please get in touch with us and we will come to open the door for you at an extra cost of kshs 1,500 ($10)
