Your vacation moments, perfectly captured and ready to be shared with the world! The space The bungalow is fun, private and comfortable with multiple rooms to gather in for entertainment or to relax. The peaceful fenced-in backyard has a grill, bubbly fire pit, beautiful lounge seating and a tree swing. The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms with room darkening curtains and brand-new high-end mattresses. There are also two cozy couches . The primary bedroom has a King bed. Three bedrooms have Queen beds. The 5th bedroom has a King bed and a Work Station. The two bathrooms have soaking tub/showers with bright lighting and large mirrors. There is a cutting-edge Photo Booth with a photo background to capture memorable moments during your stay. There is also a mural created by a local artist in the lounge room. In the second lounge room there is a large 4K smart TV for streaming. The open-air Kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances and a coffee bar with a dual drip/pod coffee maker. The dining room with a Champagne Glass Wall has enough seating for 8 guests. The kitchen island close by comfortably seats an additional 3 guests. Please note: this home does not yet have a washer/dryer. Guest access There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure self check in. Our guests have access to every room in the house and to the fenced-in back yard. There is ample parking in the 2 car driveway and 1 car garage. Free street parking is also available. As hosts we are just a phone call or text away if needed. Other things to note We will send a house guide prior to your arrival that also shares recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Please note: Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am. The home is in a residential area and we ask that you please respect our neighbors. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house. We will charge up to $1000 for indoor smoking. Our guests are welcome to smoke outside.
