Minimum 2 months The space Inside the studio is 10ft by 30 ft with a queen bed, small desk and lamp, armchair, shelves with books (please do not take any, they are my collection), tile floor, a mini-split for heat or AC. The bathroom has shelves you can use for clothes etc, the shower is the hottest and best in Baja! Lots of light. Outside is the living area of the same dimensions, 10 by 30ft, covered porch, outdoor kitchen with only the basics, a big fridge, counters, shelves, coffee press, toaster, an oven and stove (propane).
