Grand opening! Your own oasis on the outskirts of a VT town. Surrounded by nature trails & forests with plenty of outdoor activities. Short drive away from Mt. Ascutney, Okemo, historic landmarks, and shopping across the NH border. Room is on the second floor and features a private bathroom with shower, a mini-fridge, smart TV (w/ Netflix), wi-fi, and a king-size bed. All bedding / toiletries are provided. Just bring your toothbrush! 8 gbit fiber optic is coming in March '24! The space Completely renovated & modernized bed & breakfast launched in Jan '24! We have a paved parking lot on site, and direct access from a paved state highway. Tenant area has a separate entrance. There is one room on the first floor and three on the second. All rooms have their own modern private bathrooms with showers. There is a shared kitchenette on the second floor, with a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea. Heating is centralized oil and the rooms get very warm. There are thermostats that can be adjusted if you need more heat. Area has decent cell phone reception for Verizon and T-Mobile. We are working on getting 8gbit fiber optic internet with universal wifi 7 in March '24! Until then, we have fast cable internet, but reception is not great in some rooms and it would not be ideal for things like teleconferences. Guest access Guests have access to the tenant area and shared kitchenette. During your stay The tenant area is separate from the living area of the house, and you will have all the privacy you need! The hosts live in the other part of the house, and you can always give them a shout if you need anything.
