This is certain to be the vacation of a lifetime. The space This property consists of two structures. The main house is two stories complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and the master on the top floor as well as two bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom features it's own private bath and walk-in shower. There is also a washer/dryer for guests to use if needed. The pool deck is a few steps down from the main house and there are plenty of places to relax by the pool and enjoy. The 4th bedroom is located in a separate casita which is it's own one bedroom apartment complete with a kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer and living space as well as a balcony to take in the views of Sayulita. On the top floor of the property you will find an outdoor living area complete with a bar and bbq and is an ideal spot to take in the priceless sunsets of Sayulita bay. Villa Esperanza is located on a hill, therefore, anticipate climbing a few steps while visiting, however, rest assured that the quiet retreat like feel of our home makes it all worth it. We look forward to having you stay. Guest access You will have private access to the entire property as we only rent to one guest at a time. The home is extremely secure with lockable entrance in garage + lockable entrances for the main house + casita. Other things to note Villa Esperanza is located in the north hills of Sayulita, the road to get up to our villa is steep and we highly recommend renting a golf cart during your stay.
