Built in 2023, this brand-new unit is a gem because of its giant corner terrace with open windows bringing the desert and ocean vibes inside. One of the largest condos in the building, this unit can comfortably fit up to 9 adults (max permitted), or 11 people if including children. Time to gather the family and head to Paracas! It is located at Kite Club Paracas, which offers guests full access to shared amenities including a gym, lagoon, shared swimming pools, and coworking space. The space The living room and terrace are huge, and connect the indoor and outdoor space for ease of BBQing and relaxing to watch the incredible sunsets. The main bedroom has a King bed + ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom offers a Queen bed and two individual beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed in addition to its ensuite bathroom. The maid's quarters can be used for a nanny or for kids, it does have a toilet and shower but please note this space is not accommodating for 2 grown adults, which is why we limit the occupancy to 9 adults max. The unit is located on the second floor, in a corner space, closest to the ocean. It had top furnishings and special attention to detail. Guest access The entire unit is private for guests. There are shared areas outside of the unit, within the condo complex, that form part of Kite Club. These common spaces include a full gym, coworking, 40m lagoon and freshwater pools. They are to be enjoyed at anytime during your stay! Other things to note There is a construction project within the condominium from April 15, 2024 to April 15, 2025. There might be construction noise during business hours. To compensate for the inconvenience, we are offering a discounted rate. All common areas will remain open. Thank you for your understanding!
