Peaceful accommodation and extremely good location. 10 minutes from the beach on foot, 3 minutes from the Basque Fronton, close to all amenities (shops, Hertz rental station, gas stations, bus stops,...), this small house was recently renovated (June 2023), there are still some garden work to do but the interior is brand new and cozy. It has a small terrace where it's nice to have breakfast. You will share the house with my 16-month-old son and myself. The space My house is an F3 with an open kitchen. there is a day/night area bounded by a curtain for privacy. The bathroom is spacious and tiled. The entire house is with parquet flooring. You can use the cabinets in the room. Guest access You can access all parts of the accommodation, except my room of course. During your stay I may not be at home during your stay. On weekends, I like to go camping or go to sea. I remain, in any case, just a phone call away.
