The space PLEASE NOTE: - The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! - PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home including the backyard, pool, garage, and dock area. Please request before parking any boats. The owner will use the boat dock and driveway occasionally (he has a boat). The owner reserves the right to use the boat dock during the course of a stay, though the rest of the rental will remain private. Other things to note This home is professionally managed by Awaysis, a luxury asset management company. We're available 24/7 with live guest support and to provide emergency maintenance! Every reservation requires a signed rental agreement and copy of a legal ID. To book this rental, you must be at least 25 years of age. Length of stay ranges from 30 days minimum to 6 months maximum. We are not available during the summer months.
