Beds: Main level bed is two twin beds together functioning as king. Two rooms upstairs with each their own queen bed. Upsairs room with two twin beds. Upstairs additional twin bed in mini parlour. Bathrooms: Main level bathroom with shower tub unit. Upstairs bathroom number one with shower and number two with shower and tub. Living/family rooms: North room: has couch, chairs, and small to medium size T.V. that plays vcr tapes. Quite a few vcr movies to watch, if you would like. Plenty of windows to enjoy the ocean view. South room: has couch, recliners, large window for ocean view, and numerous board games in closet. Large smart T.V. connected to internet which can look up shows by roku, if you wish. Guest access House living space can be used by guests. No use of garage or equipment near garage. Stairs to beach not useable. Outside stair rails not to be pushed upon due old age. No putting vehicles on grass. Rock driveway to be used only for parking. Other things to note Sunday, guests must move trash can to driveway road edge and after Monday morning trash company pickup, guests to bring trash can back to between garage and house. Prior to leaving from their stay, make sure if used, cushions to chairs at gazeebo are put back in basement as found. Barbecue when not using, turn valve off at tank and when completely cooled, secure well the cover ... so wind does not blow away. Garage and equipment next to garage off limits.
