The chalet sits on a large private wooded lot, with an area of ​​over 70,000 sq.ft. Sheltered from neighbours and prying eyes, you have all the peace and privacy you need to completely enjoy your vacation. 100% private facilities at Chalet Golden Bear (not shared): - Heated outdoor in-ground pool (from the beginning of June to the end of September) - Outdoor spa and dry sauna (available year-round) New: INCLUDED in your booking, you will have access to the activities of the Fiddler Lake Resort recreational center, located a 5-10 minute walk from the chalet. - Available all year round: heated indoor swimming pool (shared pool) - In winter: access to the outdoor ice rink, loan of snowshoes for hiking, slides for children. - In summer: access to the heated outdoor swimming pool of the Recreation Center (shared pool), access to the dock and boats (kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and pedal boats), tennis courts and outdoor games for kids. The basic rate is for 4 persons and there is an additional fee per night per additional person above 4 years old. Strict control of the number of occupants is applied. We expect guests to respect the number of occupants specified on the rental agreement. A penalty of $150 per person per night will be applied for any additional person. - We do accept dogs (2 maximum per rental) but there is an additional fee of $150 per pet for the hypoallergenic treatment after your stay.
