WIFI, NETFLIX, HBO +more & SOROUNDSOUND The space Our little slice of ranch living has a country style and comfortable interior design. With a bedroom and a loft space, offering a queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a twin roll out trundle bed. We also have an air mattress available for any additional guest which we can provide extra sheets and blankets, upon request. All the beds come with fluffly pillows, sheets and blankets. The living room has a welcome look that makes you want to sit down and enjoy your favorite show or do some work on the added work space. The space is so cozy it creates an environment that encourages familys togetherness to play games, watch movies, and eat together. There is two AC/ Heater units available for your comfier. You will also have your own washer and dryer, kitchen that includes an electric 2 burner stove, microwave, kitchen necessities, and a coffee/ hot cocoa bar station. The back yard offers you a BBQ, table, chairs, and fire pit. IMPORTANT TO NOTE Please understand that the ranch is in a rural area. You may see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood Depending on the time of year and weather conditions guests may encounter bees, moths, ants, spiders, stinkbugs, wasps, or other creatures that reside in nature. While we take measures to protect the house, we can not guarantee or refund the occasional bug that may make it inside. Guest access The guest house has its own private entrance, patio, backyard and parking right in front of it. Great for short term and long term stays we offer anything you might need.You will have access to the entire Guesthouse, Guesthouse patio and backyard. You will Not share walls, backyard, and patio. We are located on a 4 acre property. Other things to note We live on the property. We like to respect our guest privacy, and we asked that you please do the same.
