Casita Azul is close to town but lies in the middle of a palm grove oasis, providing for a safe, peaceful, and unique stay. Your home-away-from home has it all including Starlink internet, a king sized high quality bed, TV, full kitchen, dining and living room areas, abundant parking, and an outdoor seating area. An easy 15 min walk or 5 min drive into town, 15-20 minutes to beautiful white sand beaches. This is a very safe and peaceful area. The space You'll arrive at Casita Azul after an easy 5 minute drive from the highway. You'll notice that you've entered a large palm grove and a peaceful and lush area; a true oasis. Removed from the sounds of town, traffic, and roosters, you'll get great sleep in Casita Azul. We reside on the back part of the property, known as Susurro de las Palmas but you'll access Casita Azul via your own private gate and have the whole front lot to yourself. Harvest your own limes, oranges, tamarind, and guava when in season. This is a truly spectacular area and not like most in Baja. Casita Azul itself is clean, quiet, and newly built. It offers many comforts one would expect in a home, including a very comfortable king sized bed. The bedroom has a large closet area with plenty of room for hanging or folded clothes. Each bedside has its own reading light, plug, and bedside table. You'll find high speed Starlink internet not only in the house but also throughout most of the lot. There's a smart TV as well as DVD player and a wide collection of movie options. The kitchen is complete and includes a coffee maker, espresso maker, coffee grinder, 5 burner range, ample counter space, full set of dish- and glassware, good sized refrigerator, high quality knives, a blender, and more. There's also a breakfast bar. The dining and living room are spacious and stylishly appointed. There is seating for at least 6 people. The living room's two sofas double as twin sized beds (the cushions are actually mattresses). The bathroom is accessed via the kitchen door and just 4 steps away. In it you'll find a walk in shower, toilet, and sink. There's a seating area with two lounge chairs where you can rest and take in the peace and quiet. There's also an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs. This is really a lovely area and we look forward to inviting you this beautiful part of Mulegé! Guest access You'll have access to the whole house as well as the front lot. We have self check-in so you can come and go as you like. Make yourself right at home! Other things to note We have 5 rescues who live at our place. We have bark collars on the ones who tend to bark but it's possible you'll hear the others barking from time to time. They'll be on our back side of our property so you won't interact with them though. Please don't come into our lot (accessed through a metal door by your seating area) without asking us first.
