Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals 🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee 🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest --- 🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed 🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us --- 🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $15 nightly charge per extra guest 🔥Please note that propane tanks are not refilled between stays, as it is the guest’s responsibility to refill them if needed.
